Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2025

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality fragrances and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, please read our Refund Policy carefully.




1. All Sales Are Final

Because perfumes are considered personal care items, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or skin compatibility. We encourage customers to review scent descriptions and ask for assistance before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Wrong Items

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged or leaking

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide video proof showing the issue
• Keep the original packaging for courier claims

If approved, you may choose between:

• A replacement product shipped at no cost
• A refund processed to your original payment method or via store credit



3. Missing Orders or Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

• Contact the courier immediately to verify delivery
• Then, inform us so we can coordinate and assist you

We are not liable for packages lost due to:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Unclaimed deliveries
• Third-party handling after confirmed delivery



4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.


5. Sale Items and Promos

Items purchased during a sale, promo, or with a discount code are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.


6. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once payment is made, unless there is a product issue upon delivery.


 

7. Upon Receiving

Upon receiving your parcel, kindly do the following as part of our order verification process:

  1. Take a clear photo of the parcel showing the Air Waybill (AWB) number.

  2. Ensure the AWB number matches the one we provided during shipping confirmation.

  3. Record a full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is unopened until the contents are fully revealed.

⚠️ This is required for us to process any claims regarding incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Failure to comply may result in the denial of refund or replacement requests.
