Shipping Policy

At anya Perfume, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when you’ll receive your items.
1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Pre-orders (if applicable) will follow the timeline provided at the time of order.
2. Shipping Duration
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Metro Manila: 1 business day
Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–3 business days
Visayas and Mindanao: 4–7 business days
*Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays or sale events.*
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location:
Metro Manila: Depending on location (Lalamove)
Luzon: P170
Visayas: P190
Mindanao: P205
Exact fees are provided during checkout or via our messaging platforms.
4. Couriers Used
We partner with reliable couriers including:
• J&T Express
• LBC (for rush orders)
• Lalamove (For NCR orders)
We reserve the right to change or assign couriers depending on availability and efficiency.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number/AWB via the platform used (Messenger or Website). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to reflect.
6. Delivery Issues
• Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping information. anya Perfume is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply to reship the order.
•Lost or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date) with photo/video evidence. We'll coordinate with the courier and help resolve the issue.
7. Upon Receiving
Upon receiving your parcel, kindly do the following as part of our order verification process:
• Take a clear photo of the parcel showing the Air Waybill (AWB) number.
• Ensure the AWB number matches the one we provided during shipping confirmation.
• Record a full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is unopened until the contents are fully revealed.
⚠️ This is required for us to process any claims regarding incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Failure to comply may result in the denial of refund or replacement requests.

8. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Rates will depend on country of destination.
