• Full payment is required before an order is confirmed and shipped.
• We accept various payment methods, including GCash, and bank transfer where applicable.
• Order confirmation will be sent via the platform used for purchase (e.g., Facebook Messenger and website).



4. Shipping and Delivery

•  Standard shipping times are 1–7 business days depending on location.
• Shipping fees vary based on destination and courier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.



5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (personal care/fragrance), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item for any issues, with photo/video proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

• Fragrance performance (sillage, longevity, and projection) may vary based on skin type, environment, and storage conditions.
• While inspired by designer scents, anya Perfume is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the original brands.
